In 2008, after 80 years at its 23-acre campus near downtown Austin, Concordia University Texas faced incredible opportunities and challenges surrounding its historic move to a roughly 400-acre property in north Austin. Concordia retained ECPR to maximize significant milestones and mitigate and manage crises related to the relocation. ECPR developed and executed a campaign that included media relations, strategic events, community outreach and internal communications, among others. Following the campus move, ECPR worked with Concordia for several years on public relations to increase student enrollment and donations.
