ECPR worked with Mobile Loaves & Fishes (widely known throughout Central Texas for its compassionate service to the area’s homeless community) to roll out its ambitious “10-Year Plan to Mitigate Homelessness in Austin” at a gathering of city leaders and influencers. As part of the organization’s comprehensive plan, Mobile Loaves & Fishes also launched a $60 million capital campaign to fund the expansion of its innovative Community First! Village in northeast Austin. ECPR worked closely with Mobile Loaves & Fishes, as well as community leaders, to raise awareness of this important initiative, including the groundbreaking for Phase II of the Community First! Village, and secured comprehensive news coverage from Austin media outlets.
