Matt Grilli is an account supervisor with ECPR Texas.
He has more than a decade of experience in the communications industry, covering a variety of areas including media relations, storytelling and campaign building. He enjoys amplifying the voices of his clients which include Concordia University Texas, Google, Shield Ranch, St. David’s HealthCare, among others.
Prior to joining ECPR Texas, he thrived in public relations and media relations roles with the Iowa Cubs, Minnesota Twins and Atlanta Braves. He was a critical voice in executing communications strategies, while serving as a liaison between the club and the media.
Grilli also spent over three years working in Austin as the lead communications contact for a league office in Minor League Baseball—a time in which the suburban Chicago native became enamored with Central Texas.
Grilli graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in business administration.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time exploring Austin, rooting for Austin FC and spending time with his dog, Toby.
