Rita Rear

Rita Rear serves as Elizabeth Christian Public Relations’ administrative assistant.

Prior to working at ECPR, Rear worked at IBM and Fiserv where she provided training and consulting services on life and health insurance administrative systems for major insurance companies throughout the United States and internationally. Rear received the Outstanding Service Award while working at IBM for her dedication to the team and customers. Rear also worked many years in the insurance industry as a supervisor and served on a client server development team as a liaison between system developers and end users.

Rear earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in English from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
