In order to fully immerse oneself in work, to consume it like a box of chocolates, you’ve really got to love it—and the people for whom and with whom you do it every day. This Valentine’s Day we’re showing our admiration and affection for our amazing clients and colleagues who believe in us, surprise us and always inspire us to do our best.
Some members of our team have worked ECPR for years and others (including myself) have been here only a few months. Yet—we all have the same level of drive and conviction to do an exceptional job because we truly love it!
It’s not just about writing a press release, “staffing” an interview, planning a video or creating content for our social channels. We get our thrills by helping our clients’ goals come to fruition and knowing that we had a hand in that. We’re fortunate to work with companies, organizations and individuals with great stories to tell. And as a team partially made up of former journalists, our love also extends to the media outlets and reporters that help us share compelling and important news, and make our jobs that much more enjoyable.
When I asked our team what they loved about PR and our clients, their answers were pretty similar and it was …well, pretty heartening.
